Recruitment Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Remote with monthly travel to our London and Luton offices
Role:
Are you passionate about driving supply chain excellence? We're seeking a dynamic Recruitment Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting client implementation projects and delivering key supply chain activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support client implementation projects and deliver supply chain workstream activities.
- Assist account teams in organizing supplier round table events.
- Generate contractual terms of business, manage related queries, and liaise with the Legal team as needed.
- Issue and track contract amendment exercises, such as changes to supply chain service levels and fee schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date team logs, spreadsheets, supply chain contact details, and banking information.
- Onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance documentation, including insurance levels, is checked and collated.
- Conduct supply chain audits to ensure compliance while supporting clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in managed service/recruitment outsourcing provision.
- Proven supply chain consultant experience.
- Expertise in managing implementation projects.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation.
