Reed HR are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to join our clients friendly HR department on an ongoing temp assignment.

The role:
I'm looking for a driven and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join my client in Guildford, Surrey. My client is looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, with high attention to detail and enjoys getting stuck in with a variety of responsibilities!
My client has 300 employees globally.
You must be competent in capability hearings and management cases as this role will require you to check complex casework.

- Strong in legislation, policies, caselaw and management cases (volume)
Hours: 8.30 - 5.30 when based at home and 8 - 5 when based at home.
This role will be a hybrid role however for the first few weeks my client would like the successful candidate to be in the office to get to know the team and learn from other employees.
