Your new role
Duties will include:
- First point of contact for the London office to deal with correspondence and telephone calls, post, visitors and ensuring urgent messages are actioned promptly.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive, Regional Chair, and other Directors in the office, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
- First point of contact management including dealing with queries and collating documents.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking minutes. Ensure all logistical aspects are handled smoothly.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance. Ensure the executive office environment is well-organised and professional.
- Organise and manage travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transport where required.
- Prepare, review, and distribute documents and reports. Maintain confidential files and records.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief Executive and Regional Chair.
What you'll need to succeed You must have previous experience in a PA role, ideally within the construction or property industry.
This role is four days per week, with a full-time equivalent salary of up to £40k.
