On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Management Accountant to work with a fast growing, PE Backed business offering remote working with occasional travel to Cannock.
This role offers progression to Financial Controller within the next 12-18 months.
Reporting into the CFO and joining a growing team, duties will include:
Production of full management accounts with analysis and commentary, providing insights to support commercial decisions
Assisting with budgets, forecasts
Balance sheet reconciliations
VAT returns
Assessing need for new systems and being involved with implementation
Identify areas for process improvement and implement relevant changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Automating processes and improving efficiencies
Experience of payroll to enable the process to be brought in-house
Assisting with any hoc requests
Skills, Experience, Requirements
Fully Qualified ACCA/ ACA/ ACMA
Experience working in a growing business
Experience producing accounts for multiple entities
Strong Excel skills
Experience working with Sage
Systems implementation experience
Experience automating processes and implementing change
