Ensure adherence to the Outpost Response Matrix for housekeeping duties. Review and implement site risk assessments, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. Promptly report any incidents or accidents to the Residence Manager and maintain accurate records. Monitor and manage stock levels efficiently. Maintain cleanliness standards in communal refuse and recycling areas. Assist in furniture and item relocation as needed. Stay abreast of industry technology, processes, and standards, including local recreational and retail knowledge. Provide valuable suggestions to enhance operational efficiency.
Customer Service and Team Management:
Foster a positive, motivated, and results-oriented team environment. Place a high priority on exceptional customer service, striving to provide residents with an outstanding experience and cultivating them as brand ambassadors. Execute housekeeping tasks within apartments and communal areas to an impeccable standard. Contribute to ongoing compliance efforts, ensuring rigorous health and safety standards are upheld.
