Deskside Support Analyst (12m FTC)

Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment?

Our client, a prestigious law firm in London, are seeking a Deskside Support Analyst to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis.

As a Deskside support analyst you will be providing comprehensive support across a wide range of IT services, including Microsoft Office 365 and various legal-specific applications. This role offers a mix of challenge and opportunity, with no two days the same.

This role offers hybrid working - 3 days on site in their London office, giving you a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an escalation point for the 1st line support team.
  • Support the 1st line team during busy periods.
  • Own technical issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Provide 'tech-bar' support for the walk-up IT service.
  • Participate in IT and business projects, acting as a representative and stakeholder.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Desktop Support/Service Desk Analyst in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10.
  • Experience with MS Exchange.
  • Understanding of Active Directory and ITIL framework.
