One of our Telecoms clients is looking for Project Manager to join on a permanent basis and deliver a variety of projects across their change portfolio.

Role: Project Manager
Salary: £60k-£65k + Bonus & benefits
Location: London (hybrid role: 2-3 days a week in a central London office)

The Hiring Manager describes this role as:
"A critical role to oversee the successful implementation and rollout of projects to customers, with the goal of ensuring predictable revenue forecasting across the product lines and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring a seamless customer onboarding experience, and regular internal revenue forecast reporting."

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Project Manager delivering a range of projects including customer facing and compliance driven projects
  • Telecoms industry experience ideal
  • Hands-on Project Management experience delivering within a "start-up" like environment, dealing with ambiguity
  • Salesforce, Jira and Confluence experience a bonus
  • Background in establishing and tracking project governance/reporting, with a track record of delivering projects to time, cost and quality metrics
  • Experience facing off to senior stakeholders and customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, SoW's, change control, risk and action logs, facilitate resource allocation, and implement risk management strategies
  • Work closely with sales, service delivery, product development, onboarding, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
  • Coordinate with customers pre-sale to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth rollout of products and services once sold
  • Provide revenue predictability through accurate forecasting and regular reporting on customer implementation schedules
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance project management and customer rollout efficiency

This is a permanent opportunity, with travel to their London office 2-3 times a week
