Administration Assistant

The Role

As an Administration Assistant within our business, you will have the following responsibilities:

Possess a confident and friendly telephone manner.

Have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Be able to adapt to changing demands throughout the day.

Show accuracy and attention to detail.

Be proficient in Excel and Word.

Ensure confidentiality at all times.

The Person

You will need to be able to deal with a busy and varied role, with day to day duties including answering and redirecting calls, typing, diary and appointment management, filing, scanning and archiving of information.

Our administration team are the first point of contact for the business and you will work within our admin hub answering the telephone and on occasion on our front reception meeting and greeting clients.

We would prefer someone with previous experience of working in a similar role, but we will consider someone who requires training. Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Your salary and pension will be very competitive, with an annual review

32 days annual leave (includes public holidays). Increases to 35 days with long service
