They currently have a full time sales opportunity to join their telesales team based at our Head Office in Litchfield for target driven individuals to perform the following:-
- Contact their future customers over the phone to promote and sell their products
- Follow up with clients who have expressed interest in their products
- Achieve and exceed sales targets which are set monthly
- Offer excellent customer service to all of their clients
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business
- Contribute positively with the team to create a fun working environment
- Update and maintain customer information in the company's database
To be considered for this role you'd need to be able to:-
- Demonstrate sales experience, telesales is desired, but any forms of sales will be considered
- Assert confidence and communicate effectively over the phone
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Thrive under pressure
- Work independently, whilst sharing a common goal with the rest of the team
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS office applications
1st year OTE £35,000
2nd year OTE £45,000
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (no weekends or bank holidays!)
