  • Coordinate housing management activities to ensure smooth transition for service users.
  • Support tenants to manage their rent.
  • Manage void rooms/properties for quick turnaround.
  • Engage with residents and provide support to maintain a positive living environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of housing management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

The right candidate should possess the following:

  • Experience in housing management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using housing management software.

Preferred Requirements:

Ideally, you will have:

  • A relevant qualification in housing management or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in a similar housing management coordinator role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of housing regulations and compliance.
