- Coordinate housing management activities to ensure smooth transition for service users.
- Support tenants to manage their rent.
- Manage void rooms/properties for quick turnaround.
- Engage with residents and provide support to maintain a positive living environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of housing management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
The right candidate should possess the following:
- Experience in housing management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using housing management software.
Preferred Requirements:
Ideally, you will have:
- A relevant qualification in housing management or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a similar housing management coordinator role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of housing regulations and compliance.
