Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a Sports Science Graduate to work as a cover supervisor at a secondary school in the Canterbury area. The role is full time long term starting in September 2024 on an ongoing basis - the daily rate is between £83.33 and £100 depending on experience.
The role:
- Utilise your knowledge of Sports Science to enrich curriculum delivery and enhance student understanding
- Assist with extracurricular sports activities and events, fostering a culture of health, fitness and teamwork
- Plan and deliver exciting and engaging PE lessons when needed
- Manage the behaviour of the students ensuring a productive learning environment
Requirements:
- Degree in Sports Science
- Passion for working with young people and supporting their educational journey
- Ability to adapt to different learning environments and manage behaviour effectively
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
