Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will have your own caseload of customers where you will be dealing with the remortgage process from start to finish.
You will be handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a variety of queries ensuring a smooth process for the customer.
Profile
Ideally some previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds
Excellent telephone manner and passionate about the customer experience
Able to work towards targets in a busy environment
Excellent organisation skills
A good team player
