Senior Ecologist

A multi-disciplinary CIEEM Registered Practice, is seeking Ecologists and Senior Ecologists to join our skilled team. With a diverse range of specialisms, offering a dynamic work environment and are committed to employee development and well-being.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Conduct ecological surveys and assessments, with opportunities to work on a variety of projects.
- Prepare reports and ecological impact assessments for clients.
- Engage in fieldwork across different habitats, working with protected species.
- Collaborate with a team of experts to deliver high-quality ecological consultancy services.
- Participate in company activity days and contribute to a positive work culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in ecological consultancy.
- Experience in the housing sector and Biodiversity Net Gain is desirable.
- A strong understanding of UK wildlife legislation and planning policy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to continuous professional development.
