Milk Education are recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy for a school in Manchester to work on a long-term basis starting as soon as possible! This is a school that is reputable across the Sefton area.

Behaviour Buddy Role & Responsibilities:
? Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
? Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
? Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
? Deliver catch-up sessions
? Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people
? Must have a passion for education
? Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
? Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
