Just Recruitment Solutions are seeking to recruit a Car Sales Executive for a well-established prestige main dealer in Bristol selling new and used vehicles.

If you think the above describes you, we want to hear from you! Our hugely successful showroom is looking for a new member of staff to work within our fast paced & driven sales team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with a proven record of hitting and exceeding targets. You will be welcomed into a friendly team with an outstanding reputation.
Duties will include:
- Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping In regular contact with them about our products, forthcoming events while maintaining a customer focused attitude.
- Prospecting new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events.
- Maintaining our state-of-the-art CRM system with up to date and accurate records.
- Ensure product knowledge is kept up to date and relevant through manufacture led training.
- Provide exceptional customer service which leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
- Operation of the full sales process from initial enquiry through to customer retention
The successful candidate must have:
- 2+ years' experience working within a sales environment (vehicle sales is beneficial)
- Passion for the motor industry.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Target driven attitude.
- Negotiation experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Understanding of the sales process
