Joining a highly reputable Legal500 law firm with offices across the globe, our client is seeking a NQ banking solicitor to join their well-regarded banking & finance team based in Edinburgh.
You will be working within one of the best and most experienced banking teams and for a firm which is committed to equality, diversity and an inclusive environment. Your role will involve high quality work from an enviable client base where you will be exposed to a wide range of transactional and banking advisory work, including (not an exhaustive list) real estate finance, corporate funding and acquisition finance and securitisation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a pro-active approach, be commercially minded and possess the ability to drive transactions forward and meet tight deadlines. Any general banking experience would be highly desirable but, is not essential as additional training will be provided.
A keen interest and enthusiasm for a broad range of banking transactions, business acumen and a personable approach are a must for this position. The firm will offer excellent ongoing training and career progression as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
