Financial Planning Administrator - Remote

New opportunity for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to put their stamp on this financial planning department and play a key role in the business.

This role is remote with 1 day per month in the office/at meetings in Norfolk.

Due to continued success in providing fee-based advice to HNW clients, this successful wealth management practice requires a professional and proactive Financial Services Administrator to provide holistic support to a Financial Advisers and paraplanning team.

Duties for this role will include:

  • This role comes in a key time, with a chance to have in put on systems and processes going forward
  • Timely and accurate processing of all client documents and returned queries to ensure that client's needs are met.
  • Responsible for the processing of all departmental administration tasks, with a high degree of accuracy. This will include recording and allocating leads to the Financial Services Team.
  • Escalate any unresolved issues to the specialists providing them with enough information to investigate the issue.
  • Letter of authority issue and chasing
  • Chasing financial information from clients
  • Liaising and chase the networks admin team
  • Potentially helping advisers with FE analytics and Selectapension reports

The candidate:

  • Experience of working in pensions and investments administration is essential
  • Some experience of mortgages and protection administration is beneficial
  • Advanced organisation skills to prioritise and manage daily tasks and meet exacting deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
