Growing investment firm based in London has an opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their finance division. Hybrid / Remote.
Description
Working closely with the Senior Accounts Assistant, your role will be to manage the expenses processing for the company employees
- Efficiently manage and process employee expenses in multi currencies
- Checking employee expenses including all travel related costs
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Dealing with queries effectively and efficiently
- Weekly expense reporting
- Assisting with other areas including purchase ledger and banking when required
Profile
- Experience in expenses and / or accounts payable is essential
- Good attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Committed to a part time role - 2-3 days per week
- Good excel
- SAP Concur / Quickbooks - desirable
Job Offer
Competitive salary - £30-40k Full Time Equivalent (Pro Rata'd to 2-3 days per week)
Flexibility to work the Part Time hours
Hybrid / Remote working (some office presence is required)
