The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing skills in graphic design, front-end development, user experience design, back-end development, ecommerce solutions, and content creation. Day to Day of the Role:
- Design visually appealing layouts, user interfaces, and branding elements that align with the company's aesthetic and ecommerce goals.
- Develop responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Plan and implement site architecture and interaction flows to optimise user experience.
- Integrate and customise back-end features to support ecommerce functionality, including shopping carts and payment gateways.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize web content for SEO, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand and enhances the user experience.
- Test and troubleshoot any issues that arise and ensure that the final product meets the project's requirements.
