Sales Negotiator - Estate Agent in Crouch End
*Essentials - Driving licence & Sales Negotiator experience*
OTE up to £60k - Basic salary up to £24k dependent on listing experience - Car and petrol allowance paid
5 day week + every other weekend off - NO SUNDAYS!
The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewings, negotiating between vendor and buyer in order to reach an agreement, as well as progressing the deal until the exchange. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other member of staff.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Negotiator & listing experience is desired
- Self-driven with a can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
- Well organised
- Interest in property
- A natural Negotiator
- A Full Driving Licence
