The opportunity
We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Excellence Tooling team on a full time, permanent basis.
Our IT Service Excellence Tooling team won an internal IT Award for best engineering team of the year 2024! The team are super friendly, approachable and driven, they consistently upskill themselves and support each other.
Your new role
Reporting to our ITSM Tooling & Reporting Lead, you'll be responsible for to managing theday-to-day support of the platform and delivery of build artefacts to ensure quality outputs, working closely with the team of developers and our stakeholders to build and integrate software solutions.

- ServiceNow CMDB configuration
- Workflow Configuration
- Item Designer Configuration
- Integrations
- ServiceNow Architecture
- Service Portal Configuration
- Data loads /transform maps
- Scripting (JavaScript/AngularJS/HTML/CSS/XML/REST)
- Delivery of technical documentation & knowledge articles
- Deployment via update sets and unit testing
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
- SDLC and associated methodologies followed
About You
- Expertise in multiple ServiceNow Applications; ITSM, Portal, Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Virtual Agent etc.
- Experience with latest versions
- Certified Administrator or Implementation Specialist (preferred)
- Broad knowledge of software development life cycle processes
- MID server implementation and configuration
