Role: Office Manager
Location: Old Dalby, Melton Mowbray
Salary: £30,000 pro rata
Hours: Monday to Friday, part time hours to suit

Our client, a leading organisation operating within the construction market, is seeking to appoint an Office Manager on a part time basis to oversee its head office operations. The hours are entirely flexible.

Duties of the Office Manager:

  • maintain and update policies and processes
  • provide support and cover in Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and other Accounting functions
  • produce all workplace documentation
  • ensure continued ISO compliance
  • renew all related memberships
  • ensure all H&S compliance
  • organise plant and machinery inspections
  • organise training requirements
  • keep insurances up to date
  • project follow ups

Experience of the Office Manager:

  • confident and assertive
  • experience of implementing office policies
  • knowledge of Health and Safety
  • ideally knowledge of the Construction or Transport sector (not essential)
  • office/admin management experience
  • excellent IT skills
  • some basic finance/accounting experience
