Sales Negotiator - East Finchley Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for an exciting new opportunity? I'm recruiting for a dynamic and reputable estate agency in East Finchley that is looking to add a talented Sales Negotiator to their team. Role: Sales Negotiator
Location: East Finchley
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £22,000 +/-
- On Target Earnings (OTE): Circa £40,000
- Office Commission: 5%
- Car Allowance: £150 per month
- Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-6pm, Friday 9-6pm, Saturday 9-4pm (5-day week with one weekday off and one Saturday off per month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Conduct property valuations and compile accurate listings.
- Negotiate sales terms and agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage and nurture your own portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and local market dynamics.
- Ensure all documentation, contracts, and regulatory requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the East Finchley office.
Ideal Candidate:
- At least 18 months of experience in a sales negotiator role.
- Proven track record in property sales.
- Highly motivated and determined to succeed.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own clients.
- Familiarity with the East Finchley market is preferred.
- Full UK driving license.
