Database Analyst / Database Administrator - PowerBI / MS Dynamics Needed - Central London, NW1 - Immediate Start - £28k-£32k
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Analytical Administrator / Analyst, with excellent IT skills including working proficiency in MS Office, MS Dynamics and PowerBI, to join an interesting and busy organisation based near Bloomsbury, on a permanent basis.
The Database Analyst / Administrator will need to be highly organised, diligent, reliable and proactive. You will need strong PC skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), CRM knowledge, experience of MS Dynamics / PowerBI (min. 12 months), good communication skills and a strong eye for detail and accuracy.

- General membership and subscription administration duties
- Database analysis and report generation
- Maintaining and updating records
- Answering calls in a professional and personable manner, responding to questions and queries
- Responding to internal and external emails

What we're looking for:
- Previous Database Administrator experience in a busy and dynamic environment
- IT literate - proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PP), MS Dynamics and PowerBI and knowledge/understanding of CRM databases
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service capabilities
- Organised with the ability to coordinate and prioritise competing tasks
- Proactive self-starter
- Reliable, diligent and conscientious
