ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT - UP TO £16 PER HOUR - ASAP START DATE - DIDCOT - HYBRID
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Didcot that are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team ASAP offering hybrid working!
The role focuses on all aspects of the Accounts Payable function in a multi-currency, shared services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices and distributing for approval in accordance with Delegation of Authority as required.
- Employee expense management.
- Raising payments in online banking system and distributing for approval.
- Reviewing and posting payments, reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with systems of internal control.
- Completion of monthly and quarterly reporting, including Balance Sheet reconciliations, and ensuring audit recommendations are implemented.
- Responsible for responding to internal and external enquiries.
- Assist Accounts Payable Manager with any ad hoc tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
- Broad knowledge of process and procedures to handle day-to-day transactions.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
