Description
- Develop and maintain financial systems and processes.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
- Support the Finance Director in strategic financial planning.
- Perform financial modelling, analysis and provide financial advice.
- Ensure financial controls are in place and adhered to.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification.
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
