  • Job Summary*

We are seeking an experienced Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Office based, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

  • Responsibilities*
  • Process accounts payable and receivable using accounting software
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Handle queries related to financial transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Skills*
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
