PageGroup are delighted to support a rapidly growing and highly successful global manufacturing business with the appointment of a proactive and forward-thinking HR Manager to join a busy site in Corby

This role offers a hybrid working model of circa 3 days on-site and 2 days home working per week (Business needs dependent)

Description

Reporting to the UK MD and working as part of the leadership team, this role will be a stand-alone HR Manager on-site taking full responsibility for all operational and strategic HR matters, including but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the company's business goals
  • Proactively manage the recruitment and selection process alongside succession planning and talent pipelining
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of staff
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs
  • Review HR KPIs and MI to ensure data-driven strategic initiatives
  • Ensure all HR documents and administration is produce in a timely manner
  • Manage all employee relations casework
  • Up-skill operational managers to deal with people matters effectively

Profile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Manager role, you will be comfortable working in a busy fast-paced environment in an autonomous position.
