Conveyancing Case Handler

We are looking for an experienced conveyancing case handler assistant to join a successful conveyancing department in Bedford. The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of two years' experience in conveyancing and be able to handle all types of cases from start to finish.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. They will be expected to work with clients, solicitors and other legal professionals to ensure all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of conveyancing cases, from dealing with clients to liaising with solicitors and other professionals. You will need to be able to keep accurate records, maintain a high standard of customer service and be able to provide advice and support to clients.They must have excellent IT skills, with experience of using the latest case management systems. You will need to be proactive, have attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure. You will also need to have a good understanding of the legal implications of conveyancing and the ability to provide guidance.
