Our client a successful forward thinking company are seeking a Sales Negotiator for their very busy office in Cheshunt. You will receive exceptional training with ongoing support as well as a brilliant career progression pathway. They would also be open to a Trainee looking for their first role within the property industry.
The ideal candidate will target driven and looking to work within a team. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and you will have a winning mindset. Must have some experience within the property industry, or have a sales and customer service background for the Trainee role.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Sales Negotiator position include:
- Basic £27,000
- OTE £30,000 +
- Mon to Fri position working 3 in 4 Saturdays

Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator position include:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience in the property industry or looking for first role within estate agency
- High level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
