Sales & Admin Executive

We are looking for a knowledgeable and friendly sales and admin person. You will work in a lovely environment with a friendly team who will motivate you. The job will involve nurturing leads for the sales process, booking presentations, and updating paperwork. This is a B2B sales job with lead generation, phone calls, arranging presentations, and passing leads to senior team members. You will be responsible for updating the company CRM system throughout the sales process and updating any admin duties.

Responsibilities

  • Call through data to sell products and services relevant to industries such as construction
  • Create new business sales leads within your assigned UK targets via outbound sales calls to new, existing, and lapsed clients
  • Qualify the client's requirements and arrange suitable follow-up appointments
  • Work with existing clients to provide effective account management and cross-sell up-sell opportunities
  • Effectively record all activity and provide accurate weekly reporting of the client pipeline and progressive outcomes
  • Update company CRM throughout sales process
  • Input data
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads
  • Use various methods (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.) to reach out to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain a database of prospective client information
  • Use qualifying criteria to assess the suitability of prospects and assign them to the appropriate department/person
  • Collaborate with marketing to create and improve lead-generation campaigns
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve lead-generation processes and strategies
  • Achieve personal and company targets
  • Attend sales and product training sessions and courses as required

The ideal person

  • Highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic and results-focused
  • Strong telesales & lead generation experience ideally gained within the construction environment
  • Exceptional all-round communication skills and well-versed at dealing with clients
  • Previous experience in B2B sales utilizing CRM software and sales pipeline management tools
  • A collaborative and consultative approach coupled with the ability to work autonomously to deliver results
  • Experience of Hubspot CRM (or equivalent) and the ability to deliver accurate, clear, and concise forecasting and reporting

Package

  • Salary up to 30,000 depending on experience
  • Performance bonus (individual & company)

  • Hours- 37.5 per week. 8:30-5
