Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Lawyer in our national team, you will play a key role in managing a variety of commercial real estate development and investment projects, along with asset management matters. You will support larger real estate transactions, quickly immersing yourself in high-quality work with both local and national clients. Our dynamic and busy team environment offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and career.
Ideal Candidate:
They are looking for enthusiastic real estate lawyers with experience in handling complex real estate work. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience collaborating on real estate investment projects.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Ability to provide legal advice on property development.
- Experience assisting in the due diligence process for real estate transactions.
- A commitment to delivering first-class service to clients.

Minimum Requirements:
- A legal qualification with at least 2 years of PQE.
- Experience working on development transactions.
- Experience as part of a team on complex transactions.
- Demonstrated knowledge in this area of law.
