Description
- Assist with the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Contribute to onboarding efforts for new employees.
- Participate in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR department in administrative tasks and data management.
- Help with the organisation of training events and programmes.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline HR processes.
- Assist in the development of staff welfare programmes.
- Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with all legal and company regulations.
Profile
A successful Junior HR Executive should have:
- An academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar fields.
- Prior experience in a HR role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
