2nd Line IT Support Engineer - Cambridge - MSP
Due to continued growth, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner based in Cambridge is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join the team.

Key Skills required:
- Previous experience in either a support desk or field/customer facing role
- Windows Server OS & Desktop OS experience
- O365 & SharePoint Administration
- Active Directory, Azure AD
- Azure configuration and maintenance
- Networking - TCP/IP, subnets
- Group Policy (DNS/DHCP)
- Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets and reports
It would be highly advantageous if the ideal candidate has experience with:
- Hypervisor technologies e.g. Hyper-V
- Backup Technologies such as Veeam
- Good working knowledge with switches (Ubiquit, Meraki, HP Aruba)
The roles and responsibilities of the role include administering T1 & T2 support requests, accurate call logging and relevant escalation when necessary. Working closely with the other Service Desk team in a collaborative environment and line management whilst sharing experience and skills where applicable.
