The Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets
- Working from the Gillingham site, performing site visits to clients
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, building strong client relationships
The Person:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within fire safety or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving sales team success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset
