Practice Supervisor, £40ph, Adult Safeguarding, Oxfordshire
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and highly experienced Practice Supervisor to join the Adult Safeguarding team. This role incorporates hybrid working with 3 days per week in the office at either Abingdon or Banbury.
Duties:
- Staff supervision
- Decision maker in Safeguarding Adults Triage
- Carrying out sec 42 enquiries
- Supervising staff win their roles eg: triaging, enquiries etc
- Deputising for Team Manager as required
- Attendance at MAPPA and MARAC and any other relevant meetings
- Chairing Strategy Meetings and Case conferences
- Performance management of team and its work
Requirements:
- Line management or supervisory experience in statutory setting
- At least 2 years practitioner experience within adult social services
- Best Interest Assessor, Approved Mental Health Professional or Practice Educator (or commitment to train as one)
- SWE registered
