Quality Manager role paying £40-45,000 Per annum based in Highbridge easily commutable from Taunton, Bridgwater, Burnham -on -sea and weston- super- mare just off Junction 22 of the M5.
As a Quality Manager you will be managing a team of 4 and be responsible for the quality of all Products and services pertaining to our client. You will also be responsible for customer feedback.
Quality manager role requires you to engage with the leadership team to identify and eliminate quality risks within the process, and subsequently mitigate the risks identified. To bring together key stakeholders to resolve internal and customer issues within targeted time frames.
Qualifications / Essential Skills
- Degree qualified in a technical discipline, preferably Engineering or Scientific background.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role.
- Minimum of Six Sigma Green Belt certified but preferably Black Belt certified.
- Working Knowledge of Advanced tools.
- Experience in implementing and Managing quality Accreditation
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 implementation & certification
- Ensuring that all processes meet safety, legal and other national or international standards
