You will be joining an independent charitable organisation who are well established as a trusted voice for energy efficiency and clean energy solutions.
Your new role
You will work within the marketing & communications team and in collaboration with web developers, to ensure that the website operates efficiently as a communication tool and provides a positive user experience. Key aspects of this role include enhancing the digital presence and functionality of the website by fixing errors and implementing targeted improvements to SEO, metadata and tags. You will also be involved in content management and will upload new content, images, videos, and documents to the website using WordPress.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable experience within a digital marketing role, and have specific experience with websites and content administration. You will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following -
- Proficiency with WordPress
- Experience implementing SEO best practices and utilising tools
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4)
- Experience working with web developers
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
