The Role of the Customer Supply Chain Coordination
- This role will utilize SAP to track stock, manage replenishment, oversee customer orders and handle logistical requirements to ensure customer needs are met.
- Employ PowerBi and Power Automation to streamline processes and enhance automation capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to stay on top of customer requirements.
- Focus on key elements such as Customer Service Elevation, Delivery Performance and Stock Management.
- Attending customer sites on large products to ensure customer satisfaction and logistical directions.

The Ideal Person for the Customer Supply Chain Coordination
- Experience with SAP and Supply Chain are a must.
- Experience with PowerBi and Power Automation.
- Experience dealing with large accounts.
- Shows longevity; demonstrating long-term commitment in previous roles is beneficial.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
- German speaking is not essential but would be a bonus.
