Sales Administrator
About:
My client is a fast paced privately owned technology sourcing company with a main focus on enabling sustainability for our partners. Based in their modern offices in Great Missenden,they have grown from 1 employee to 60+ with 4 facilities across Europe and Africa in just 10 years, all thanks to the rise of the multi-billion poundpre-owned technology market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistingour sales team with orders and order tracking
- Liaising with Procurement team to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely fashion
- Working with Operations (local and remote) to make sure product is shipped to customers on time
- Raising invoices in the Warehouse Management System (HYVE)
- Operating managing systems
- Assisting with global logistics requirements
- Working with Sales team to return any faulty product from customers and suppliers
- Assisting with customer and supplier enquiries
- Pro-actively working through internal stock lists
- Weekly Reporting to Key Business Stakeholders
Desired Profile:
- Pro-active, dynamic and self-starting
- Proficient in Excel
- Comfortable with pressurised sales environment
- Attention to detail
- Resilient and determined
- Technology / Mobile background preferred but not essential
- Analytical mind set
