About:

My client is a fast paced privately owned technology sourcing company with a main focus on enabling sustainability for our partners. Based in their modern offices in Great Missenden,they have grown from 1 employee to 60+ with 4 facilities across Europe and Africa in just 10 years, all thanks to the rise of the multi-billion poundpre-owned technology market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistingour sales team with orders and order tracking
  • Liaising with Procurement team to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely fashion
  • Working with Operations (local and remote) to make sure product is shipped to customers on time
  • Raising invoices in the Warehouse Management System (HYVE)
  • Operating managing systems
  • Assisting with global logistics requirements
  • Working with Sales team to return any faulty product from customers and suppliers
  • Assisting with customer and supplier enquiries
  • Pro-actively working through internal stock lists
  • Weekly Reporting to Key Business Stakeholders

Desired Profile:

  • Pro-active, dynamic and self-starting
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Comfortable with pressurised sales environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Resilient and determined
  • Technology / Mobile background preferred but not essential
  • Analytical mind set
