Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Property Manager
to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in Whitstable. This role offers the chance to oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring the highest standard of service for both landlords and tenants. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in property management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure property standards are maintained
- Arrange property inspections, maintenance, and safety checks
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage the end-of-tenancy process, including deposit returns and dispute resolution
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all property management tasks are logged
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in property management or lettings
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Good understanding of current lettings regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence required
