Production Team Leader
Willand (Tiverton area, EX15)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5:30pm
Pay: Depending on experience
Acorn by Synergie is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Team Leader to oversee and coordinate the activities of the food production line.
The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and accurate processing, packaging, and quality control of food produce while leading a team of production operatives.
This role requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict adherence to food safety standards.
Successful applicants will be offered a permanent role after completing the probation period.
Duties:
- Ensure effective running of the production function on a day-to-day basis
- Supervise team of production associates to carry out all production activities, achieve production, and hit quality targets
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, quality issues, and downtime.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure the site complies with company and legal standards (safety, hygiene, environment, security)
