Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate SEN Teachers to join our vibrant team in Rugby. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the educational development and well-being of children with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate individualised educational programs for students with special educational needs.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment to encourage student engagement and achievement.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in the UK with a specialisation or significant experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Proven experience working with children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioural difficulties.
  • Strong understanding of SEN legislation and best practices in inclusive education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the individual needs of each student.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different classroom settings.
