IT Helpdesk Technician

What You'll Be Doing:
- Respond swiftly to service tickets and user inquiries, providing timely assistance.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize user disruption.
- Log and monitor support requests through the helpdesk system, ensuring clear documentation.
- Provide user-friendly guidance and training on IT tools and best practices.
- Work closely with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Support fellow IT team members with collaborative problem-solving.
- Consistently deliver high-quality customer service to maximize user satisfaction.
- Stay informed on new technologies and recommend process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Familiarity with NetDocuments is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of IT systems and user support requirements.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are beneficial.
Experience and Background:
- 2+ years in an IT support role, preferably within professional services.
