An established business is currently looking for a PA/Office Manager. The PA/Office Manager role involves providing support to the MD and wider team with diary management, travel, customer support and HR, along with ensuring the smooth running of the office.
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000
PA/Office Manager duties:
- Acting as first point of contact with incoming calls and emails
- Providing diary management, producing reports, and arranging transport and accommodation for MD and team
- Responsibility for HR functions including the maintenance of holiday and sickness records, recruitment, meeting requests and team communication
- Providing excellent customer service, managing customer enquiries and complaints
- Carrying out office management duties including ordering stationery and other office supplies, provision/maintenance of facilities and IT management
- Managing the company car fleet
- Assisting the wider team with ad hoc administration
PA/Office Manager skills:
- Proficient in Excel
- Office base support experience
