My client is in the market for a sales negotiator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in selling unique and specialist homes for the branch while, providing expert advice to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:
- Up to £25,000 basic salary
- £50,000 + On Target Earnings
- Mileage Expenses
- 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Working Hours:
- Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00
- Saturdays (Every Saturday) | 08:30 – 16:00
- Day in Lieu
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
- Over 1 year of experience working in property sales
- Extensive knowledge of the Colchester property market
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Full UK Driving License
