You will be joining an ambitious Birmingham-based marketing agency to help expand their extensive services and be an active part in their goal to become one of the best agencies in the UK. They are a creative team and provide plenty of scope for employees to grow and make a real impact.
As Marketing Content Creator, your responsibilities will include:
- Writing compelling and creative copy for social media posts across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Scheduling and publishing posts using social media management tools.
- Creating visually appealing graphics, carousels, and animated cards that align with client's brand identity.
- Collaborating with the design team to ensure high-quality visual content.
- Developing, designing and building email campaigns (e-shots) that engage and convert.
- Managing email lists and sending out e-shots according to the calendar.
- Monitoring and analysing e-shot performance to optimise and improve results.
- Writing, editing, and publishing engaging content for the website, including blog posts, articles, and landing pages.
- Ensuring optimisation for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Assisting in managing pay-per-click advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media channels.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance to optimise and improve results.
- Managing and utilising the inhouse LinkedIn platform for distribution and engagement.
- Tracking performance and adjusting strategies as needed to enhance effectiveness.
- Tracking and analysing performance across all platforms.
- Providing regular reports and insights to Account Managers on engagement metrics and campaign successes.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new content initiatives.
We're looking for a Marketing Content Creator with the following:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices.
- Experience with PPC management and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
In return you will receive a salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, which will be revisited after 12 months.
