We have a great opportunity for a school leaver who is looking to get into an office based Sales Administrator role. The role will be very varied with the main responsibility to be a support to the sales office with Admin tasks.
Duties:
- Maintaining and updating customer records using a CRM system
- Receiving and processing customer purchase orders via phone or email
- Ensuring orders are input correctly using the SAP system
- Contacting customers via phone or email resolving any queries
- Liaising with external sales with any feedback from customers
- General adhoc admin such as scanning
The right person:
- Good communication skills
- Very good attention to detail
- Basic IT skills, but happy to learn new systems.
