B2B Marketing Campaign Manager

This is a global leader in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) working with some of the world's leading brands including Microsoft, Allianz, Aviva, and Volvo.

This is a remote job however most of your team will be based in the East Midlands so there will be opportunities to meet with your team every month and they regularly have active virtual and in-person social events.

The role:

We are seeking an experienced, results driven B2B Marketing Campaign Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful lead generation campaigns. You will be an important member of our high-performing marketing team, and your core objective will be to generate interest in a proven AI solution and thought-leadership content. You will be responsible for all of the paid-media marketing, with a specific focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads to generate leads within large multi-national organisations, across numerous industry sectors.

As a data-led performance marketer, you will have a deep understanding of the core B2B marketing platforms with the ability to plan and execute campaigns that deliver high-volume, high-quality leads.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving lead generation through best-in-class PPC and paid media strategies and implementation
  • Writing and designing compelling Ads for a wide range of audiences
  • Leading the planning, implementation, and budget allocation of paid media campaigns across various channels
  • Tracking, analysing and optimising marketing campaigns to drive ROI
  • Continuously improving your campaign performance by staying up to date with latest advancements and best practices
  • Working closely with Campaign and Communications Managers to support on email marketing activity and to ensure strategic alignment across all channels
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams on campaign planning, forecasting and reporting

Skills and experience

You will have significant experience in a SaaS demand/lead generation marketing role and an excellent practical knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics and HubSpot. Strong analytical skills will be crucial with the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign ROI.

You will have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and it would be a massive advantage to have a creative eye or even have design skills (Adobe Photoshop and InDesign). There would be scop for training in this area, but you would at least need to be comfortable working with existing templates.
