A large independent Scottish Law firm is keen to bring in a billing assistant to join its busy Finance team in Glasgow on a full-time permanent basis.

More about the day to day:

Joining the finance team providing financial administrative support to the firm's clients, partners and staff.

  • No two days being the same performing a variety of administrative tasks
  • Preparation and processing of fee notes
  • Credit control
  • At times a client facing role assisting staff and clients with queries relating to invoices
  • Learn from and Support the Feeing supervisor

Have you got what it takes?

  • Do you have 3 years previous experience in a general or specialised finance role?
  • Have you worked in a Legal cash room before?
  • Since dealing with payments and invoices can you maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail?
  • Do you have quality numeracy and problem-solving skills?
  • Existing experience using IT office, financial systems and excel?
